How do I activate my card?
You can scan the QR code included in your card welcome package, do it online at synchrony.com/activate, or call us at 855-286-0091.

How do I redeem my Sun Country rewards points?
- If you are a rewards member, you can find your rewards and points balance by logging in to your account on Suncountry.com and go to profile overview.
- 100 points equals $1 in Sun Country purchases. Points can be redeemed for flights, bags, seat assignments, hotels, car rentals, and more.

I have additional questions about my previous Sun Country Airlines Visa account and my new Sun Country Visa Signature® account with Synchrony
- Your new Sun Country Visa Signature card issued by Synchrony will have a different account number then your previous Sun Country Airlines Visa account.
- If you have not received your new card yet, you can reach us at 855-286-0091.
- If you had autopay set up with your previous Sun Country Airlines Visa account, this has been discontinued. Please set up your new Synchrony account and enroll in autopay with your new card.
- All existing rewards points that you previously earned will be maintained by Sun Country in your Sun Country Rewards account and will not expire as long as you maintain cardmember status. To see your rewards points at any time, log in to your account on Suncountry.com and go to profile overview.

Is there an annual fee for the card?
Yes. The annual fee is $89² for new accounts. For existing accounts that converted to Synchrony on September 19, 2025, please see your current terms and conditions.

You can Log in to your account at “Manage my account” or call Customer Support at 855-286-0091.
Where do I manage my Sun Country Visa card?
Manage your card account by logging in at “Manage my account”. You can pay your bill, set up monthly payments, customize your notifications, and more.
